ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: arrival: from 3 pm or upon arrangement. Departure: we ask that you check out of your apartment by 9 am so that we can get the apartment ready for the next guest .
BED LINENS: are available during your stay and are changed weekly.
LIABILITY: we accept no liability for thefts, accidents, or damages of any kind in and around our house or on guided excursions; parents are responsible for their children.
HAND & BATH TOWELS: hand and bath towels are provided during your stay. A hand towel and a bath towel are available per person.
PETS: dogs and cats are allowed. Surcharge € 10,- per day (without food).
INTERNET / WLAN: WLAN is available for free throughout the house. You will receive the access code upon arrival.
CHILDREN: ... are warmly welcome here. There is a children's playground nearby. So that you don't have to pack a lot for your vacation, we have accessories available for your family vacation (crib, high chair, toboggan, bobsled, snow disc).
GARBAGE: the garbage disposal area is located on the north side of our house, and we ask that you separate garbage according to instructions.
PARKING: we provide our guests with free parking. One covered parking spot is available per apartment.
SMOKING: our apartments are smoke-free! You are welcome to smoke on the terrace as well as the balconies. We ask that you please use the ashtrays. Thank you for your understanding!
BILL: to avoid any stress or rush on your departure day, you can pay your bill the evening before your departure.
SKI STORAGE: our house has a separate ski storage room equipped with a ski boot or snowboard boot dryer as well as ski and snowboard racks.
